At the FMSC Eagan facility, pack meals to send to starving children around the world. Ages 7+ are encouraged to participate! You can also help by donating paper towels, black Sharpies and 9V batteries.

This family project meets at the Johnny Cake Ridge Park bathroom/consession stand on 140th Street between Johnny Cake Ridge Road and Pilot Knob Road. Come along as we serve our community and clean up!

Work with the Jesus Delivers Ministry of St. Paul. Prepare and serve lunch, hand out clothing, pray and visit with the homeless people.

Ruth'sHouse provides shelter, safety and hope to women and children suffering from economical hardship, violence and addiction. Help prepare and serve them a meal each month.

Prepare and serve a meal to the residents of the Ronald McDonald House. Due to the weakened immune systems of the patients, you must be at least 13 years old to participate.

ONE JHi Grand Slam Night | Sunday, September 19, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Junior High Lifegroups are meeting at Grand Slam in Burnsville September 19. Cost is $13 which includes unlimited laser tag, mini golf, krazy karts, 4 arcade tokens, batting cage token, a slice of pizza and pop. If you want any additional tokens or food, bring extra money. Senior High Lifegroups meet at the Apple Valley Campus for pizza before carpooling to Valleyfair Amusement Park in Shakopee! Cost is $25 which includes pizza and Valleyfair entrance. Youth should be dropped off and picked up at the Apple Valley Campus.

GO Kids Christmas Musical Rehearsals | Sundays

Kindergarten | October 3 - December 5, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
This year's GO Kids Christmas Musical Production is "Back to the Manger." Rehearsals begin Sunday, September 19 for first through fifth graders, or October 3 for Kindergarteners, and will continue every Sunday until the prouduction, which is Sunday, December 5 at 6:00 p.m. Rehearsals for both age groups take place in the Main Auditorium at the Apple Valley Campus.

Sparkle Women's Conference 2010 | September 24-25

Registration is open for the 2010 Sparkle Women's Conference: Love Revolution. Priscilla Shirer, of Going Beyond Ministries in Texas, will be our speaker. This year we will also have a special breakout session for all high school girls. Registration is $69 for adults, $39 for students now through September 15. After this date a $20 late fee will apply.

Come along to play games, sing hymns and visit with the elderly in nursing homes and living facilities. Residents enjoy seeing children of any age, so families are encouraged to participate!

Attention ONE students! Our Fall Retreat (Minnesota Youth Convention) is coming up soon! The convention will be at the Rochester Civic Center and Kahler Grand Hotel in Rochester, MN. Early bird registration is open now until September 1 for a discounted rate of $119. Regular registration is from September 2 - 29 for $159. After this date, a $20 late fee will apply. We will get together, don the orange vests and venture out to pick up trash along the portion of the road that River Valley has adopted. Fun for all ages! Gloves and bags provided. Once a month on Sundays. Registration and dates coming soon!
